We
provide fully stocked snack and drink vending machines to your place of business- free of charge -so that your employees can buy the snacks & drinks inside them for lunch and breaks.  Rest assured, there is NOTHING to buy or do on your part-and no contracts to sign.  We own the machines and thus stock, service and maintain them -all we ask is a place to put them

We have several routemen, a dedicated service tech, professional stock trucks/vans, and a large centrally located warehouse.  We service several hundred machines on sites (each with 20 to several thousand employees apiece) throughout the Metroplex (this means Dallas, Tarrant-AND Denton and Collin counties as well) and have been in business since the 1980's-thus we’re not going away.  

12 reasons why you should let VSDFW be your vending service provider:

1) VSDFW's policy is to fix ANY service problem in less than 24 hours (and most times the same day). 
Ever have your machine be “out of order” and it takes the vendor several days to respond?  A 24-hour policy is almost unheard of in the vending industry, however, we realize that SERVICE is the most important factor our clients demand.  As a result, we have structured our company to address this.  Despite the fact that we have a dedicated service tech on staff, all of our routemen are able to handle most service issues as well.  Thus, at any given time, we have several employees who can respond to almost any problem quickly and resolve it.

2) VSDFW allows you to have ANY Coke, Pepsi or Dr Pepper product in the same machine.
 
If you have a contract with any of the "cola companies", have you noticed how you NEVER get Pepsi, Mt. Dew or Diet Dr. Pepper with a Coke machine- or Coke with a Dr. Pepper machine?  There’s a reason for this and it’s because if Coke or Dr. Pepper owns the machine they do NOT allow their competitors to have selections in THEIR machine.  
However, since we own our machines we can put WHATEVER you want in them.

3) VSDFW services companies both large and small (from as little as 20 employees to as large as several thousand). 
In most cases, we can set a full-sized drink vending machine at a site with as little as 20 employees and a full-sized snack machine with 35-40 employees (or comparable customer traffic).  This snack minimum is a guideline due to the higher rate of spoilage inherent in foodstuffs that are not being refrigerated nor hermetically sealed (like a canned soda). 
 
4) VSDFW does not make their clients sign contracts.  
Our clients can cancel service with us anytime.  Our philosophy is simple: Do a good job and we won't need a contract to "handcuff"our clients into doing business with us.  They will continue to do business with us...
because they want to.

5) VSDFW does not make you buy product in advance or subsidize the machines.
 
Some companies (the "cola companies" in particular) make you buy a certain number of cases in advance-at an inflated price.  They do this to offset the cost of placing a vending machine there.  We don't.  Such companies see supplying a vending machine to your company as a privilege on your part-that you should pay extra for.  We see it as our privilege to have you as our customer.

6) VSDFW does not make you stock the machines yourself. 
As amazing as it sounds, some vending companies actually expect you to fill your own machines. 
This may not really a be problem IF you happen to have a spare employee who can take time off whenever the machines need filling for an hour every few days or so (and who knows how to diagnose any problem that may arise)....but wouldn't you rather have him or her working for YOUR COMPANY?  Let us go buy the cases of soda and boxes of snacks; store the 100-200 different varieties at OUR warehouse, and then stock and service the machine as needed.

7) VSDFW happily offers their clients commissions.

ant to make a little extra money off what your employees spend on vending?  Perhaps to help pay for the office coffee fund or that yearly Xmas party?  Unlike some other companies -who seem to fight "tooth and nail" to avoid giving commissions- we at VSDFW, have "no problem" with this at all.

8) VSDFW stocks ONLY quality, fresh NAME-BRAND sodas and snacks and always stocks a great variety of new items.
 
Ever had a vendor who always stocks the same items week after week and the "menu" never changes?  Snack food companies are constantly introducing new products-to keep their customers interested and as a result, we at VSDFW always try to stock the newest items as they come out.

9) VSDFW embraces the new healthy trend in vending.
 
We are very excited to now offer several healthy brands such as South Beach Diet, Slim Fast, Sun Chips, Snackwell's, Frito Lay's "Baked" line, etc. -in addition to what has now become the standard fare of trail mix bars, nuts, dried fruits, yogurt granola bars and more.

10) VSDFW maintains only quality, dependable machines.
 
All of our machines are full-sized commercial models and we keep them in good working order.  Despite the fact that we have an unparalleled service policy, we still realize the best situation is to have our machines so well maintained that they won't need to be repaired.

11) VSDFW is fully insured commercially.
 
The truth is very little can go wrong with a vending machine, but if it does do you realize most vending companies in this town go uninsured?  They see the extra few thousand dollars a year to have this as simply not being cost effective.  VSDFW is fully insured and will gladly produce any necessary insurance documentation required.

12) VSDFW keeps the machines filled.
 
Seems like an obvious duty of any vendor but we constantly hear from new clients how the old vendor would let the machines repeatedly run out of snacks or drinks...UNFORGIVABLE!  We pride ourselves on keeping the machines filled (without anyone having to call us first) by tracking the usage in detail and arriving BEFORE they run out.  When the machines aren't filled the clients become upset because they don't have products to buy and we lose sales.  What sense does this make?
